I’m Riya Kuo.
As a corporate lawyer in tech for 15 years, I’ve been where you are (staring up at glass ceilings, throwing rocks at the sky).
I can tell you that moving into positions of power — where you can change the rules of the game for yourself and everyone else — that’s not just about “managing up.” It’s not about changing yourself to fit a predetermined blueprint.
It is about getting good with who you are first, understanding where your pieces are on the board, playing the current game like a pro, and ultimately, creating new possibilities for the infinite game.
